1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Accounts are for legitimate business use; sharing a single seat across multiple people violates these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until its end.
- Prices are in INR and exclude applicable taxes.
- Failed charges enter a 7-day grace period; access may be paused thereafter.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not (a) scrape or resell RankSuite data, (b) reverse engineer the Service, (c) run illegal, deceptive, or abusive workloads, (d) violate third-party API terms (Google, Razorpay, etc.), or (e) exceed plan limits by technical means.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant RankSuite a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service. We do not sell customer data.
6. Third-party services
Google, Razorpay, and other integrations are governed by their own terms. Their availability is outside our control.
7. AI-generated output
AI features produce probabilistic output. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or acting on it.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, RankSuite’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the platform.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
